Terms of Service
Last updated: 21 June 2026These Terms govern your use of the Maïdé apps and website. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
Your account
Provide accurate information and keep your contact details current. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. You must be at least 16 years old to use Maïdé.
Reservations and deposits
Bookings are subject to the venue's availability and policies. Some reservations require a deposit; cancellation and refund terms are shown at booking time and set by the venue.
Wallet and payments
Wallet top-ups and payouts are processed by Suyool. Balances are not bank deposits and earn no interest. Financial records are retained as required by law, and you are responsible for the accuracy of payout details you submit.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service — including attempting to breach security, disrupt the platform, submit unlawful or infringing content, impersonate others, or commit fraud. Reviews and critic content must be honest and your own.
Content you submit
You keep ownership of content you submit and grant Maïdé a licence to host and display it as part of the service. We may moderate or remove content that breaches these Terms.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Privacy. Deletion takes effect after a 30-day grace period, after which your personal data is erased and only legally required records are retained in de-identified form.
Disclaimers and changes
The service is provided "as is"; to the extent permitted by law Maïdé is not liable for indirect loss or the acts of venues or other users. We may update these Terms and record acceptance when you sign in, and may suspend accounts that breach them. These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon. Contact: support@maide.lb.
